Vetted by Our Gastroenterologist

Every Super Dirt ingredient is hand-selected by our in-house gastroenterologist, Dr. Ryan O’Connor, to support gut health, sustained energy, and real vitality.

Moringa

Native to India and Africa, moringa is one of the world's most nutrient-dense plants. It provides complete plant protein, powerful antioxidants, and high levels of vitamins A and C, calcium, potassium, and iron, while supporting healthy blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation.

Chia

An ancient seed from Central and South America loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants. Chia supports digestive health, bone health, and sustained energy.

Turmeric

Used for thousands of years, turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties.

Broccoli Sprouts

Young broccoli sprouts are rich in vitamin C, fiber, protein, and sulforaphane precursors. They support gut health and may help protect brain health while offering promising antioxidant and cellular defense benefits.

Flax

Flaxseed is rich in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and lignans. It supports heart health, healthy cholesterol, blood sugar balance, digestion, and may help reduce the risk of certain diseases.

Matcha

A finely ground Japanese green tea packed with antioxidant-rich polyphenols. Matcha may support heart health, healthy metabolism, immune function, and protection against oxidative stress.

Maca

A Peruvian root rich in protein, healthy fats, iron, vitamin C, potassium, and manganese. Traditionally used to support energy and vitality, it also contains glucosinolates that may help reduce oxidative stress while supporting liver, brain, and sexual health.

Gwyneth Paltrow

“I love that you are solving a problem, and you are so knowledgeable about food. You are talking about a minimally processed snack filled with beautiful ingredients.”

Kristaps Porzingis, NBA Player

"Kristin did an incredible job as my personal chef, her food is highly nutritious without sacrificing taste."

Dr. Peter D'Adamo, Author of The Blood Type Diet

"Kristin’s approach to ‘food as medicine’ is as nutritionally creative, visually appealing, and tasty as you’re likely to find in the food industry."

Toni Garrn, International Supermodel & Philanthropist

"Anything Kristin cooks for me, I inhale as it is always delicious and I know for a fact is good for me. There is no other chef I trust my body with like that."

My Story

Hi, I’m Kristin O’Connor! I’m a private chef, Food Network alum, and mom. A few years ago I was working as a private chef for an actor on his European film tour, and on a midnight flight from Paris to Moscow as I sat behind him and watched him eat his perfectly crafted dinner, made with the exact balance of protein-carb-fat for his body goals, I looked around at my airline-provided options and my stomach didn't just growl, it roared. It was then that I knew I had to do something.

I started making clean, real-food bites in my kitchen. My brother (a gastroenterologist) helped me dose the superfoods. Friends asked for boxes. Then strangers did. Super Dirt Foods is what happened next: organic, plant-based snacks made from ingredients you can pronounce — built for the bag, the lunchbox, and the long day.
